It's been awhile....

It's been a very long since I have been on here, hmmm where do I begin?? This could take some time. lol
Well evidently, 2010 was a very busy year seeing as how I didn't seem to blog not 1 time! Whatever the reason, or excuse actually I'm here now, and if your here to listen I'm a talking.

To recap a bit on my 2010, I would have to say that it was a good year, with its minor bumps and bruises along the way.

January- Rileigh started a travel volleyball team, and that was very exciting! OUR family got to travel to Kentucky, Muncie, and in June all the way to Orlando. All the while the boys would sit in disgust as they watched their sister bump, set and an occasional spike over the net until they were bored out of their minds. Reese on the other hand had a different agenda she sat watching, and loving the game while eating skittles by the handful!!
February- Aidyn and I celebrated out birthdays.
March- Reese turned 4 ! My my how the time flies when it is your last baby!!
April & May were a bit of a blur as the seasons just start to mesh into one another.
June- is when volleyball took Rileigh and I to the sunshine state to play some great game. Reese and the boys stayed home, and unfortunately had to endure a terrible storm in our area. One that took down my beautiful tree, well almost the whole tree. I made Scott leave 1/3 of it still standing in hopes that by the next year it would blossom into something beautiful! HA that is going to take awhile. But they did find a great hotel to stay in that offered swimming, andfun. So all was good.
July-celebrated Rileigh turning 12 , and Daddy turning well I better not say. :) Nonetheless, it was a great month of sunshine, grilling out, and fun!
August- the dreaded "go back to school month" - for the children, and the "thank god it's here month" for us moms. Very exciting to say that Ashden started 8th grade, his last year at the middle school :( . Rileigh in 7th, and Aidyn in 3rd. Reese and I started Pre-K you see, she as a studen and I as the teachers assistant!
September- Is the time that I transform my house into something beautiful. Fall/Harvest decor goes out, and I sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee with the beautful fall colors all around me. Scott and I celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary, and I quietly marveled at the thought of my mom being gone for 7 years now. Ashden told us he no longer wanted to play basketball at the school, which broke my heart, but helps out the pocketbook. Rileigh started school volleyball.
October- was filled with thoughts of halloween, class parties, and costumes! The house decor took a bit of a creepy hue with cobwebs and skeletons and black cats for the holiday! And we cannot forget October is when they came to fix our drain fields to our septic system, and ripped up our ENTIRE back yard! UHHH.
November- Aidyn took up a wrestling career in the 2nd grade for 2 months where he loved every minute of "Watching" his friends wrestle, and "hating" when it was his turn. I on the other hand could not take watching someones else child shove mine to the ground, and not reprimand them for it.
December- Ashden turns 14, we are in awe that our once first born sweet angelic faced baby, is now a 14 year old TEENAGER! Enough said! We had an awesome Christmas, 2of 4 children said it was their best Christmas ever! And now we can spend the beginning of 2011 paying it off!!
So this brings us to New Years Eve, we rang in the New Year with our friends and neighbors in a progressive dinner party. It was a blast, and will have to be done again, very soon.
Anyhow, if your still up for more of my stories , and let me tell you I have lots come back and visit soon!!
